Regular run with workmates - lower numbers today as Nathan is expecting his first child, so it was just me and Lasantha. I warmed up with almost 2 miles to the park, then we looped out of the park, across the JR hospital and into Headington Hill park for a loop, before returning. Very nice little trot, at a good pace to chat. Did some of Stefans drills afterwards.
Cool with small patches of ice but very manageable and very pleasant (sound like an old granny!)
