A nice gentle recovery run today with my partner, almost the same route as day 1 but a bit more mud as we didn't leave the park. It reached a new low on my weather station (the one in the bird table) of -5.2 C last night! Very exciting. Has been threatening snow for several days now, although intermittently loses interest and changes its mind to rain.
So our run today was at about -3 C and it was fine. A scenic run with a bit of a slope and no aches or pains. No real effort as yet though, it has to be said.
