Day One - 3.32 miles (28.13 mins) @ 8.31/mile

Day 1 dawned bright and freezing cold, in fact really freezing cold, but I wasn't to be put off my new aim, and I marched out early-ish in the morning, while everyone else was having a bath and wouldn't really notice. I did a short circuit to South park, ran across the top and down one side before popping out and finishing the rest of the perimeter, up Morrell Avenue, on the pavement. Great fun and a cool feeling of smugness ensued for the rest of the day.
